It has an amazing illustration, perfectly capturing Vaporeon's personality. The moves, generally, aren't the best, but if you are a rookie trainer with some basic pokemon it's perfect for you. If you are just starting a collection of pokemon cards, it's a great deal to your collection! Buy this!
Before I ordered the card, I had bought it. It fell on the floor while I was sleeping, and in the morning i accidentaly tipped over a cup of water, soaking the bought card and a few others. They were in an unusable state, so just take this as a warning to be careful with your cards and keep them protected!
