They're not textured on the back like nicer sleeves, which makes shuffling a bit tougher, but they stand up to wear pretty well and don't split on me too often. However, this is the only color of this brand that I've bought that isn't totally, 100% opaque. If you try, you can see the Magic logo through this sleeve, which makes it slightly less optimal in tournaments where you're trying to make it impossible to stack a deck.
